Herein, we fabricated a biomimetic nano-platform by exactly coating homologous cancer cell membranes (CMs) onto the surface of the assembly mesoporous polydopamine nanoparticles (mPDA NPs) with autophagy inhibitor chloroquine (CQ) encapsulating, for synergistically anticancer treatment manipulating PTT and autophagy.. The resulting biomimetic mPDA@CMs NPs-CQ system could escape from the macrophage phagocytosis, overcome the vascular barrier, and home in the homologous tumor with high tumor targeting and penetrating efficiency. mPDA NPs core endow the mPDA@CMs NPsCQ with excellent photo-thermal capability to mediate PTT killing of cancer cells, while NIR-triggered CQ release from mPDA@CMs NPs-CQ could further arrest PTT-induced protective autophagy of cancer cells, thus weakening the resistance of cancer cells to PTT. |
